Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. What you may not do is copy the design, code, photography or written content to pass off as your own, or use the site to do anything unlawful.

The work we show

Every project in our portfolio is a concept build. They are self-directed projects made to demonstrate how we work — not commissions from paying clients. Each one is marked “Concept” on its card and on its case study page, and the businesses shown in them are fictional.

We label them this way on purpose. Presenting self-directed work as client work is the kind of thing that unravels in a first meeting, and we would rather tell you plainly.

Prices and quotes

The figures on our services page are starting points for the scope described alongside them. They are not a binding quote and not an offer to contract.

Your actual price is agreed on a call, before any work begins, and is fixed for that scope. If the scope changes, we quote the change before doing the work — never after.

Who owns what

The name, logo, design, code and written content of this site belong to us.

On paid projects, you own the finished work once it is paid for in full — the design, the code, the accounts. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, and asking is fine.

Accuracy

We write everything here as honestly as we can, including the performance figures, which are measured rather than claimed. Even so, the site is provided as it is. Timelines and results described are what we typically achieve, not a guarantee for every project.

Links to other sites

Our case studies link to live demo sites we built, and elsewhere we may link to third parties. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of anything we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
