Privacy

What we collect, and what we don’t.

The short version.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Nothing follows you here and nothing follows you away.

The only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form, and it exists in one place: our email inbox. We never sell it, never share it for marketing, and never add you to a mailing list.

Who we are

Cedour is a two-person web design studio based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For anything in this policy, write to work@cedour.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the contact form:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business name and current website address, if you give them
  • The type of project, budget range and timeline you select
  • Whatever you write in the message field

If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence in the same way. We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents, or any sensitive personal information. Please do not send them.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the entire purpose. We do not use it to profile you, target advertising, or build a marketing list.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, the information takes exactly this path:

  • Your browser sends it to a function running on Cloudflare Pages, which hosts this site
  • That function passes it to Resend, the service that sends the email
  • Resend delivers it to our inbox, hosted by Google Workspace

It is not written to any database along the way — our function forwards the message and keeps no copy. Cloudflare, Resend and Google each process the data on our behalf under their own terms, and their servers may be outside India.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. No cookies are set by this site, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss. We run no analytics package, no heatmaps, no session recording and no advertising tags.

If we ever add analytics, we will use a privacy-preserving one that does not identify individuals, and we will update this page before it goes live.

Server logs

Cloudflare keeps standard security logs of requests to this site, which include IP addresses. These exist to block attacks and abuse, are retained by Cloudflare under their own policy, and are not used by us to identify or track visitors.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while there is a reason to keep them — an active conversation, a live project, or our records of work done. If an enquiry goes nowhere, we delete it within twelve months. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailwork@cedour.com and we will do it within thirty days. We will not ask you to justify the request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting more than we do today.
